KWA staff members have coordinated or overseen technical planning and implementation efforts for hundreds of projects. Our staff are experts at ecosystem assessment, policy support, regulatory representation, group facilitation, monitoring, statistical and program design and grant source funding. Over our many years we have served client needs in nearly all Pacific Northwest watersheds, including Puget Sound, British Columbia and across the entire Columbia Basin and West Coast. Additionally, we are experts in remote sensing design, application and technology, hydrosystem and their operations, permitting, fish culture designs, ocean geophysics, marine, freshwater and wildlife biology, and GIS/LIS. Our scientists have a long history of on the ground experiences using our large inventory of advanced and traditional field equipment. This, in addition to a broad understanding of the multidimensional aspects of environmental regulations, the landscape, compound policy processes and natural resource science means we can successfully represent a wide variety of clients. Because of this, KWA can provide a wide range of capabilities reducing overall project costs and associated overhead.
